I live down in south texas. It has been raining almost everyday for the last month. Because of this rain we have a lot of snails and some slugs in our backyard. I have poured beer on them as well as salt. It gets rid of them. Then it rains again and we get more. It seems that we are getting more snails in our yard than our neighbors. I wonder why this is. Or is everybody dealing with this problem that I just can't see them? We do have a dog. Our house is in a new subdivison that is still under construction. Do I wait until the rains stops to call an exterminator?

Okay...so a couple months ago I met this guy and we have been getting to know each other but I only see him for a couple hours a day. I think he's very attractive and would like to at least go on a date or two. When he first sees me he smiles and says hi, I of course do the same... This weekend I asked him out for a drink and he said yes but then had to work. So, I'm really just curious how I know if he'd be interested in a dating relationship rather than a friends/aquaintance relationship. I don't want to just be blunt and tell him I like him, so how can I let him know without it being akward? Advice from the guys on this one please!!! My husband is trying to get me to take his car that he owns in exchange for waiving spousal support (he's in the military). He has the majority of the furniture that was in my apartment and he still wants me to waive support. The car he is offering isn't worth that much. He wants me to take the car if I'll agree to only take half of what he needs to pay me in spousal support. ??? I'm not sure at this point what I should do. He knows that if he keeps paying me that he'll be forced to move back into the barracks, and he's already stated he's too good to live there. Any suggestions?

3 boys were argueing about whose dad ate the most. the first boy said my dad eats the most. when we go 2 mcdonalds my dad orders a big mac, large fry and a large drink. the second boy says my dad eats the most. when we go 2 mcdonalds he orders 2 big macs, 2 large fries and 2 large drinks. the third boy says thats nothing. my dad can eat a whole window shade. the other boys said what do u mean? and the third boy said " last night i was standing outside my parents bedroom and i heard my dad say, pull down that window shade. i wanna eat that thing.

My doc called and said that my thyroid levels in my blood test were A LITTLE LITTLE bit above average. Hyperthyroid.

I read some symptoms and am I over analyzing?

I tend to "poop" several times during the day and the past 2 months or so they have been "loose"

I have virtually lost my libido over the past year...it is not "relationship" problems.

I definelty feel fatigued...like I want to take 2 naps a day and it is not uncommon for me to be sleeping 15 hours in a single day (not in a row)

I do have shortness of breath, but i am a smoker and am out of shape.

I had a high blood pressure reading at the doc last time.

Main thing is though...i HAVE NOT been losing weight and I know that is a sign.

What is your experience with this?

Ok kids lets talk a minute about gratitude(doesnt have to be in a religious sense either) just i would like to know what your grateful for today, or for the year, or for whatever. the reason im doing this question is for purely good reasons, see you cant be down if your talking about something your grateful for.
