Yes it can be. The part is listed in the Mopar Databook as part number 82208653AB and cost $ 1,795.00. Plus you will have to buy a face plate bezel. The book shows that it will take about 1 hour for labor.

yes it can be installed but be prepared to pay out the rear for an installed system plus the maintenance agreement fee.

better option is to get a portable GPS navigation system that merely plugs into any 12V outlet in your vehicle. like a Garmin Nuvi. mounts using suction cup to dash or windshield and can be moved between other vehicles very easily. these units will be a mere fraction of the cost of an in-dash system and give equal quality for the most part.

Yes a navigation system can be instlled in your 04 durango. It is a complete different raido part # 82208653aj retail price is $2,391.00 and it is a vendor ship direct part so it wil take your local dealership approximately 7-10 buisness days to get.

yes,but be prepared to spend a lot money, the nav radio is around 12 to 1400 dollars plus installation and the service fee

Was it a option in 04?an it a lot of work as the gps antenna goes on the roof.$$$$$Best to put a aftermarket.

Yes. If some models came with them, then the dealer's can install them. May be cheaper to do it yourself.
