I found an adult yesterday and then I found 4 more smaller ones in my "new" home (its 17 years old and was sitting vacant for about 6 months). What can I do to get rid of them besides sticky traps?

I live in a 1000 sq ft loft 1 bedroom in downtown dallas. I currently have a large garden tub and tile walls. It is all white and is about 9 years old and I was wanting to update. I personally prefer a shower only as i am to tall to take a bath. I was considering pulling the tub and installing a nice shower with either dual shower heads or over shower head. I would do a nice tile or travertine?? Any ideas if this would effect resale value as I only have 1 bedroom and 1 bath and the bath is only accesible through the bedroom. Since this is a smaller loft and located in downtown area I would think there would be very few people with kids looking at my unit when i resell? But I am still worried about spending a lot of money on an upgrade and then have trouble selling because of it? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

i didnt realize what a cuddle bone was needed for, so i didnt have one for about a year. my birds beak is extremely long and touches the bottom of his neck. hes a budgie and its about 2cm around the curve. i got him a cuttle bone but he dopesnt know what it is and wont use it, even though i try to teach him how to. how can i get him to eat his cuttle bone. is there another non surgical way to shorten his beak? should i try a flavored cuttle bone? Is it not great how the Lord loves us past our short comings and sees us for the potential that He is working on in us. Even at our present state or where we were before we accepted Christ into our heart, God is awesome.
Just a reminder to spend time in God's word with great wisdom at our finger tips, the gospels . I love the red text (print) myself. How about you? Are you spending to much time in this forum and not enough time in God's word?

Praise the Lord for our salvation and share the good news with all that will listen and hear His voice.
