One night, I was having a really tough time. The house was a mess, I hadn't eaten dinner, I just felt like crap. Then the electricity went out. I yelled out the F word so loud, that it scared my kids. My oldest, who is 9, came up to me, held my hand and said, "Look, mama. The sun is setting."
We all sat at the bay window and watched the sun set.
Priceless and beautiful.

The many things my youngest comes up with...don't know where he gets that innate wit of his but he's brilliant...and only 8...wonder what he'll be like later in life.
EG, he was debating the merits of brushing his teeth with his counselor at camp and he says, "what do you think is better, pearly whites or sunshine yellow"?
He's had better lines than that, but that's an example of how his mind works. I wish I had written down all those funnies they say when they are small because it truly is hilarious...another was his pronounciation of helicopter when he was just two....Helicocter...LOL Maybe you have to be a mom to appreciate those.... ^_^

its a moment that is so valuable that it can never be sold to a certain amount of money. it is extremely high in value... and for me that is when i was born... so priceless...
