The mother of the boy smacked him and sent him to his father to tell him what he had said. The little black boy told his father and got smacked. His father said go tell your grandmother! The boy ran up the stairs and told his Grandmother,'' Look, Granny! I'm a little white boy.'' The grandmother slapped him so hard he hit the dresser beside him. When he got back to his feet he said,'' I've only been white for 5 minutes and I already hate black people!''

My coworker hurts my feelings everyday because she doesn't seem to like me. I'm not sure why she doesn't like me. She doesn't say hello when I walk into the room and say hello to her, she talks to everyone when they come into work, she spends time outside of work with everyone else in my department (and will invite them out right in front of me), and if I try to talk to her she gives me the shortest responses possible. It really hurts my feelings. Then, to make it worse, she expects me to listen to all of her stories and comment on them if no one else is at work...even though she basically ignores mine. I don't want to be rude to her just because she's been rude to me, but I don't know how to deal with it...?

I have had this problem for quite a while..ever since I added my K&N air filter. My truck is a 06 Ram 3500 with an automatic transmission. I have recently added an AFE State 2 intake and an ATS Arc Flow intake manifold, and have noticed the problem when the turbo starts to push 25 PSI. The boost gauge will drop dramatically about three times from 28 to 25 and then down to about 18 PSI, what can I do to help correct this problem???

It seems like every guy that i like, likes the slutty, popular type of girl. I'm not like that. I'm some what modest, but i'm not a sl*t. Are guys really only into the girls that are willing to do stuff with them and show off their body? Or are they into more than that. I feel like guys don't like girls that are pretty, modest and nice. I feel like they like the girls that are slutty, pretty, and nasty to those that arent "as cool as them". Help me out guys please!

Lets say you bought a brand New BMW, and you are professional mechanic and you modified the car with differnet other brand cars to make it your dream car...
You do so much modification that at the end you wouldnt be able to tell if it was BMW or AUDI or FORD or whatever, coz it has pretty much everything...

NOW my question is, what CAR (name) will DMV register it in their record after all your modification that you did ???
Will they leave it as BMW lets say (318, black colour, bla bla bla...) that you bought it, or they will make up smthin? :D

I generally am the first to criticize the mormon faith, but I distinguish between the faith and the people, who are usually adorable. I am afraid, however, that all of the many God-fearing Mormon people on this forum are going to take it in the shorts for the comments of one guy who's having a bad day. Please understand that most Mormons (both believing/active and doubting/leaving) really are genuinely nice people. There are just some bad apples in the bunch, like there are in every religion.

What can we do to keep our criticisms from being "personal" on this board?

My six year old daughter is a handful. Recently, we had a new little baby girl who is now seven months old. When I was pregnant we bought my eldest lots of little baby dolls, so she could take care of a baby like Mommy. She has now several times turned the oven or microwave on and "cooked" her dollies. We actually had to replace the microwave. Thankfully, she uses a pan in the oven, so the melted wax has never gotten into the oven, just ruined some pans. It stopped for awhile, but yesterday I found her hauling her little sister to the kitchen. The oven had been turned on and she had a pan already out. I thougth they were napping! She is the sweetest little girl most of the time, but I don't know what to do. Is this where you talk to a pastor, a priest? I have no idea. I think she lacks empathy or something!

I have been seeing my girlfriend for since last year. She is originally from outside the United States on a student visa. I was planning on asking her to marry me this fall.We are soulmates. Unfortunately her visa is expiring and it is not going to be renewed. We met with 3 attorneys and they all recommended we get a marriage license. We are both family oriented and always wanted a wedding in a church. Her family cannot come for another 6 months. We decided to go get a license in city hall and look at it as a way to make sure we can have the wedding of our dreams. We both feel bad about doing it this way but are excited we found each other. She is heartbroken that her parents cant be the so we agreed to have only the 2 of us and have a ceremony in a church with both our families. If my parents were there and hers weren't she said it would break her heart. My parents understood at first but now want to come. This would make her feel tremendous guilt. Should I respect the way she feels?

I dont see the relevance between the mathematics that govern the universe and einsteins opinion of god. Or darwin or a dozen others. Who cares about their political opinions or their personal lives etc. All I care about is their logical and intersubjectively valid contributions to science.

My aunt is holding a Mother/Daughter weekend get away, and wants my mom and I to bring an appetizer. We have to leave tomorrow night, and have basically tonight to make it. I am not really trying to get pregnant, but me and my husband also haven't been using protection since we don't care if we get pregnant or not, we only had unprotected sex about 5-6 times in this cycle.
We have a 10 1/2 month old so we're busy busy :D lol
Anyways I had feelings the last 1 1/2 of my cycle that I was going to get my period, and some of those times I could swear that I was going to get it within a few seconds. If your a women you know what I mean, you just know when it's going to start.
It didn't!
And now I'm at day 26 in my cycle. And my cycles range from 24-28 days, and I feel absolutely no feelings like my period is going to start.
My first pregnancy I did feel as if my period would start at any moment and then it didn't as well.
I've taken one pregnancy test (clear blue which you can take 4 days early) and it shows I'm not pregnant.
I don't feel any other symtoms except it's werid for me to have such intense period is going start feelings and it doesn't.
