I have two guppies and one black molly. About a week ago I began noticing that one of my guppies was getting alot bigger in size; ballooning up. I thought she was a female and pregnant at that; but there was no gravid spot at all, let alone one becoming bigger and darker. I thought that maybe she just didnt have one. I also began noticing that her body, around her anal fin, is bent. Yesterday night, upon even further notice, I noticed that "she" is actually a "he"! I found the gonopedium (correct spelling?). I know my other guppy is a boy because he's more brightly colored with a large and distinctly noticeable gonopedium, but now this one's a boy? Anyways, so I have a male guppy that looks pregnant, with a bent body. Is my guppy really a pregnant female with no gravid spot, or is it a male with some disease? I need to figure out what is going on here, I'm beginning to lose sleep. Anything helps, any advice, personal experience. But, please, especially experienced guppy owners. Thanks!
