In a few days I am sitting for the Illinois Bar Exam and let me tell you - I am exhausted from all the studying and the practice tests. Honestly, it is as bad as people say it is!

So, I was wondering if any folks out there would be kind enough to send out a prayer for my success. As I get to a saturation point with information it seems to me that I need a little divine intervention.

I appreciate anyone who is kind enough to do this for little ol me - hopefully another future law license holder.

Okay, I have EXTREMELY curly hair, and it's frizzy and poofy, too. I don't like straightening my hair, but I want to have straight hair. I haven't tried any shampoos that claim to make your hair straight, but I want to. I was wondering, How well does the Suave Professionals Sleek product line work? Is it better/worse than sleek.look by Matrix? Are there any other shampoo/conditioner sets you would reccommend? Pictures/links are appreciated.

Okay, this has been bugging me for the past few days, but, in areas on my face, (around my lips and nose), in between my breasts, and in between my fingers I get these weird flakes.

What can possibly be causing my skin to do this? I'm a hypochondriac so these things kind of drive me crazy. I don't show any other symptoms, and I know flaky skin is a sign of HIV but I haven't had sex or anything like that.

I want to be able to get the piano sheet music for a song by Beethoven. I want the sonata with the song from on youtube called Beethoven Virus in it. My music teacher says it is Pathetique sonata 1 in c minor but i've checked that and it hasn't got it. Please check it out on youtube. ... with the fact that so many people here confuse the US Constitution with the Declaration of Indepedence?

Every friggin day, I read some annoyingly contemplative post about the US Constitution, containing a statement to the effect that "CERTAIN INALIANABLE RIGHTS ... LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS" is a quote from the US Constitution. It's the Declaration of Independence, for crying out loud! The Declaration of Independence!! A different document, which, unlike the Constitution, has no force of law! (Though that's besides the point.)

Moreover, whenever I mention the simple fact that this language is from the Declaration of Independence and not from the Constitution, I get thumbed down like there is no tomorrow. What do people think -- that by force of public opinion, we can merge one into the other? Can we take a vote on whether the Earth is flat?

I am so mad, I can't even describe it. This is third-grade civics. Why are people so muscle-headed?? Why??

I recieved a subpoena in a civil case in which i only have to appear yet i have already paid for a vacation that i will be on. It is a fight between my mom and dad and my dad won't pull the subpoena. I have been told by many people to just ignore it including some judges but i would like some other peoples opinions. Once again i do not have to testify i am just subpoened to attend. My husband is going to adopt my daughter here soon. I've been talking to my ex about everything and hes ready to sign off on the papers. The problemm is now i keep dreaming about having sex with my ex. We are not even talking to each other like that just about my daughter and getting this all said and done. I dont know why i keep dreaming it and i feel extremely guilty. because in my dream i hide it from my husband. Even when my husband comes to hug or kiss on me i feel guilty like im hiding my dreams from him..ugh i dont know!! Should i be concerned about dreaming these dreams??? I keep thinkinkg about it during the day because i feel bad. I havent been with my ex in 5 years well we hooked up 2 years ago but it was just for a short period to see if we could work things out with my daughter and we both agreed we were better off away from each other.
