That link, and your question, are complete lies.
The link give a slew of text, proclaiming that it comes from Top Secret detailed military plans.
This is a complete lie.
The initial text on that link is from the Interim Field Manual 3-07.22, available at
http://www.fas.org/irp/doddir/army/fmi3-07-22.pdf
Humanist...you bought into that nonsense? I thought you were for the truth ALWAYS? You didn't do any checking...you just swallowed it hook line ans sinker? Shame...
Strange...the second White House link you provided says nothing about martial law, domestic clampdown, census, house to house assault teams, or insurgents. It does say that assets will be frozen of individuals who
(i) to have committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, an act or acts of violence that have the purpose or effect of:
(A) threatening the peace or stability of Iraq or the Government of Iraq; or
(B) undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq or to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people;
(ii) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, logistical, or technical support for, or goods or services in support of, such an act or acts of violence or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
Jim C, you are either a liar of evil proportion, or completely nuts.

It's sadly possible but the web site you give alone is not proof or close to proof
That isn't to say it isn't in the works or being planned
But
It is to say you need more on the topic than that or it qualify's as a good book in that it horribly plausable but not all that believabe as presented
The 325 million dollar camps are for someone and the governments not telling us a credible story for who and why they are there opens themselves up to this type of speculation and rightfully so
I am not saying disguard what you have read at all I am saying actively look for coroberating evidence

I find it interesting that some people, like you for instance, take small pieces of information and misinformation and then proceed to draw sweeping conclusions.
It reminds me of the story about the Persian and Chinese archeologists comparing their cultures. The Chinese said “we have discovered wires in sites dating back to the Han Dynasty. That means we Chinese invented the telephone.” The Persian responded, “we have discovered no wires in any of our sites. So that means we Persians invented Wireless Communication.”
As I’ve seen some of your other posts, I suggest you subject your “sources” to a bit of critical analyses before accepting them as evidence in support of your views.

LMAO did you get that drivel at the area 51 gift shop? Okay listen very carefully, I'll even type slowly so you will understand. The military and commander and chief have plans for everything, that's their job so they make scenarios and see what they should or shouldn't do. 99.9% of the plans will never ever happen so go get your maryjane brownies and a glass of milk and relax.

I am truly embarrassed for you. If you think it would be that easy for any President to declare martial law, especially a prez that has the opposition in majority in the house, you really should go back to school and take a civics class. It just ain't gonna happen. And we can't even kill liberals when they deserve killing, so how are gonna kill them when they are doing what they do every day?

Wow, a program originally designed by Democrats in the 40's. Updated by each President since. Quick everyone, put on your tinfoil hat, the mind control rays are on.

Some sinister source is sure trying to create control. Have you seen 'The Church of Euthanasia'? A surreal form of depopulation that might be in the agenda also.

I'm sure this plan will prove less effective than his search for Osama bin Laden.
We cannot even crack down on the 12+ million illegal aliens within the U.S. Do you actually think the govt has the ability or manpower to take on a task like you're describing with any kind of success?

I wondered what happened to all the tin-foil hatters. I hadn't seen a good 9/11 conspiracy question in a while.
For those who actually click links...go to the main page (http://www.resne.com) and count how many ads there are for anything "paranormal" or "psychic".......

Did you read the disclaimer? I find this dubious at best. Don't believe everything you read on the net. As to being numbered, maybe you missed a little thing called Social Security.
