Help please,

I purchased my house in 1983 and since that time have parked in the front garden which was gravelled over by the previous owner. However some 24 years later without any complaints or comments whatsoever the local authority are now saying that they are now going to stop me doing this and put in residents parking bays.
Can I claim Grandfather rights to prevent this from happening or any other laws of usage?

We have been together 2 years, we have a 8 month old son together. We love each other very much. He said he wants to go in steps, which I guess means, live together, than get engaged, then get married. Can any men offer any reasons as to why he would propose and give me a beautiful ring, but then not want to set a date, or not even talk about a wedding. I told him I am not in a rush and do not want anything big and fancy-I'd really like to elope, but that wont happen, because he wants his family there. I just want to have the same last name as the man I love and my son. Men? Any answers?

Last night I went to clean my right ear and I put some ear drops in it. The kind of ear drops that bubble up and disolve the wax in your ear. After that I got a q-tip and some kind of way instead of taking the wax out of my ear I think I pushed it back further. After that I tried to wash my ear out with water and that made it worse. Now because I been poking at it and pushing water down it I can't hear out of my right ear. I can't put a q-tip in it because it hurts now. I can hear but not clearly. It feels like there's pressure pushing against my right ear.......or maybe it's just water. Any way I need to know how to get the water out of my ear. I could just wait for it to come out on it's own but I don't want to wait a week just for water to come out. Does anyone know what I can do to get the water or wax out of my ear?

Hi everyone,

Need your suggestion on this one: I'm buying a used car. Its a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant ES (Silver) with a little over 48k miles. It comes with standard features: radio, cd player etc. Car is fully automatic: power windows, auto transmission etc.

Now the seller is asking for $7K. The KBB value is around $7K as well. What would be a reasonable offer I should make ? My location is NYC, fyip.

The company I work for offers referral bonuses - if I were to recommend a somebody as a candidate, and that person gets hired and remains for at least 3 months - I would be paid a referral bonus.

Here's my thought - I would post a "help wanted" ad online - probably Craigslist - and screen resumes...if I get a good one or two I would submit them to the HR dept. here, and tell the candidate to see that we are friends.

If that person gets hired - voila! - referral bonus for me...

Any legal issues with this??

Since Christians believe Jesus to be the literal son of "God", do you think they share the same DNA? How does "God" have DNA? Did "God" lay with Maryam, inject her with semen? If not, then "God" CREATED Jesus in Maryams womb, so Jesus is a CREATION of "God" just like the rest of us. You cannot attribute human characteristics to Something super-human, can you? Doesn't the belief in Jesus as the literal son of "God" negate the divene attributes of "God"?

Whenever i get my hair done or i get new clothes the girls at my school always tease me they say things like " u should'nt wear that shirt it doesn't look right on you" or i if i get my hair done they say " that hairstyle is NOT cute!" and even when my hair is messy and i dont have on the prettiest clothes they still tease me whenever their hair is done and they have pretty clotthes they still tease me even if i say their hair is pretty they still tease me. Please tell me why they do this they're always hitting me and pulling my hair!!! Also they talk about me for no reason im really nice to them and they still talk about me i give them food, money, and anything else they want but they still tease me. I just want to be friends with them thats all! **MOST OF THE GIRLS THAT TEASE ME ARE EITHER POOR OR FAT AND IM SKINNY AND WEALTHY MY DAD OWNS HIS OWN BANK AND MY MOM IS THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE TO THE CEO. What are some of the benefits of squeezing so much data into virtually every cell in the body?
Why did we not evolve with one central repository of DNA rather than having it replicated throughout the body?
Assume that the hereditary information carried in genes and DNA is responsible for a lot of the differences we observe in humans and other living things. How could just four different bases in DNA strands be responsible for the almost endless variety found in nature?
