Personally I have no objection about my organs being used after my death, but have never picked up a donor card.
The proposal would need provisions in the case of illegal death. To enable the police investigation.
Do you think people should opt out of becoming a organ donor, if they don't want their organs used after their death?

Today, someone decided to imply an American conspiracy to kill our own people in an un-replyable message to my 360 blog.
Now, I'm not prone to delving too deeply in these, but is there really any support for these seemingly logical arguments?

It does amaze me that someone who neither claims nor supports such an argument with independent research of the WTC, Physics or the War on Terror would attack my blog as "misinformation" when all of it is either documented and/or personal experience in both battle fronts.

(No, I do not have personal experience of all 350,000+ members of the Iraqi security forces but I have seen many and have independent research to back me up.)

Are there any sources for strategies on protecting assets when a terminally ill spouse dies? Especially, if the spouse dies with a large unpaid medical bill? My mother owns a house, two cars, and a small retirement fund and we wish to protect her from the fallout of her husband's death by maybe changing titles, transfering ownerships, etc, to utilize loopholes. Any insights muchly appreciated.
