I had an accident few days ago. A lady driver ran through a stop light and hit me.

Anyway the ins. company wnats to totall the car, since the car repair costs ($7500) exceed 70% of the value of the car($9200).

Do I have any rights to sue the lady driver to get me another car (similar to Lexus). Any suggestions.

I live in richmond missouri and i at the moment have just failed for bankruptcy and i have had three back surgerys and now need an apartment before im living on the street my son at one time had a web site where you filled out exactly what you were looking for and they would call you and you tell them whats going on and they found them an apartment because they were having trouble with there credit and they got the apartment without credit checks if anyone knows of this website what is it or if anyone has any information as to what to do please help.

Why do so many that do nothing but complain about the goverment and how the government imposes itself into our lives and how the government screws everything up (and I do agree that the goverment does these things) are so willing to give this same government control over their (and their families) health and well being?

I just ate a package of hostess cupcakes at about 9 cst this morning. After I ate them I noticed the expiration date on the package. It was May 31st. I was just wondering if anything could really happen to me because I am feeling kind of woozy and i want to know if it is just in my head, or the cupcakes.

I fully understand the side of the non smoker, and accept their right to a smoke free life. But can't smokers be allowed a separate bar/room, where everyone who has to enter or serve in this room, accepts the situation?

I mean.. semetic people are basically orginal Arabs.. regardless of the religion... some non-arab jews claim to be semetic when i (a muslim) am more semetic than they will ever be...

and how can jews call arabs anti-semetic.. it makes no sense to be anti-youself..

My boyfriend does not want me talking to other guys even my friend's boyfriend or past school friends so I have to lie about who I'm talking to when I'm talking to any guys. I stopped talking to most of the guys, the only one I talk to is my best friends boyfriend and he and my best friend's boyfriend hate each other so I have to lie when I'm talking to him. I am expecting a baby in a few months and so is my sister-in-law and one of their neices.Well, my family & I are low income, but I have been placing things back in layaway and paying on them, for our baby. I asked my in-laws for a changing table for our little one. A new one mind you, because a lot of the ones at yardsales have been no good. They are only $ 60.00! These people have a $400,000.00 house a $350,000.00 motor coach and drive 3 expensive cars..and they cannot afford a new changing table? They got the other 2 ladies NEW items! I do not think that I am being unreasonable, it is not like I asked them for some outragiously priced item! I mean heck, I bought a stroller and other things and on my meak salary of $80.00 every 2 weeks and paid on them till they were paid off! She wants to take me to yard sales and buy a beat up, mouse poop covered changing table for my baby. AND I Refuse! I do not want my baby on something that gross! Now, am I unreasonable?

People like to say George Bush is stupid. I actually think he's pretty smart, or at least has smart people telling him what to do. The majority of America doesn't like what he's doing, so he diverts their attention. He did this with Gay marriage during the 2004 election, and is using illegal immigration to do it now. Now before you all flame me think about it.

20 million illegal immigrants didn't get here overnight, but it wasn't at the fore front of our minds until very recently.

Illegal immigration is easy to end, If you go after the people hiring them. We could end the problem with in weeks if this happened.
