Hey everyone. Just was wondering if anybody has any experience pulling permits in Elko County Nevada to reroof a business structure. We want to use a foam to reroof instead of the traditional composition roll. If anyone knows the "types" of permits required or even the people we'd have to talk to , I'd appreciate it!

I am thinking of moving to Las Vegas and working as a waiter but I don't know what to expect as far as income. Is $700 monthly rent difficult to earn?
