They stink and do not come back. Also the support numbers on the tag have useless people that are no help whatso ever.
I went through this experince on 12-15. Still no package.
It was a cable tv box and will pick up at the local cable place.
Your best chance is this. Have it delivered to a Kinkos Fed Ex store and pick up when you can. Sorry you will be inconvenienced by Fed Ex is full of jokers. customer service ins below average.
