No. What's wrong is not turning a negative into a positive like these right wingers are trying to do. They'd rather let fetuses just sit there instead of help find a cure for something. Stupidity. Stem cell research is right and can save millions of people.

That depend on what the source of the stem cells is.

Coming from abortion clinics? It's wrong.
Coming from live birth umbilical cord blood? Go for it as long as the parent(s) of the baby grant permission.

This research has the possibility of curing scores of diseases, and making lives better for millions and millions of suffering people. Anything that can do that is worth investigating.
