Alright so it's not THE closet monster but I suddenly just get terrified by like almost nothing and I have to sleep with the lights on, tremble at shadows etc. I tell myself I'm *23* and should be more mature than this, but I get so scared it chokes me. I also have horrible nightmares, that wake me up in the middle of the night and keep me up the rest of the night, everything from chase scenes to disturbing imagery never the same. for the last 20 years it's been an average of 2 nightmares a month. This last 3 months though it's uped to abouth 4 or 5 a week. Nothing has changed I'm not stressed or anything, I drink tea and all sorts of calming things and I hate sleep medication. Ideas? Suggestions? For the monsters and the nightmares both?

The water seems to be comming into the tank at a drip via the float valve. Is it possible that this vave could be clogged up with lime scale? our water is very hard here.

Ok so I'm reading this biography on Micheal Jackson, just to get more information about him and the whole child molestation thing. I didn't really pay attention to the case while it was going on and at it's peak, because I wasn't in the U.S, and well, there were a h*ll of a lot of other things going on. Anyway, before reading the book, my initial thought was that Micheal was innocent and people were just accusing him of these things because they wanted his money, or w'ever, but as I read further, I'm starting to think that maybe he was a pedophile, because there are a lot of things stated in the book about how he interacted with little boys way back before all the allegations and suspicions were brought up. My question is this: Even after the verdict that Michael is innocent, what do u guys honestly think about this?

I live in San Jose, CA and would like to get over the air reception of HDTV broadcasts. All of the local channels that I care to get broadcast from either Sutro Tower in San Francisco, or San Bruno mountain, about 35 to 40 miles away. From my location in West San Jose, they are all between 305 to 310 degrees azimuth, according to antennaweb.org.

It seems like a highly directional Yagi or one of those multi-bay grid antennas would work fine. However, most of the compact antennas are UHF only. This works fine for all but the local NBC channel, that plans to broadcast on VHF channel 12. My question is whether I can still receive this station reliably with a UHF-only antenna. My house is a two-story, so I can get the antenna up pretty high, but I wanted to avoid a huge VHF/UHF antenna, which would require a mast and guy wires.
