Michael Jackson : pedohile or not?

Ok so I'm reading this biography on Micheal Jackson, just to get more information about him and the whole child molestation thing. I didn't really pay attention to the case while it was going on and at it's peak, because I wasn't in the U.S, and well, there were a h*ll of a lot of other things going on. Anyway, before reading the book, my initial thought was that Micheal was innocent and people were just accusing him of these things because they wanted his money, or w'ever, but as I read further, I'm starting to think that maybe he was a pedophile, because there are a lot of things stated in the book about how he interacted with little boys way back before all the allegations and suspicions were brought up. My question is this: Even after the verdict that Michael is innocent, what do u guys honestly think about this?

I tried not to think about. I think Michael Jackson was very talent person during his time. I will respect his music and talent. I personally blame the parents for letting their kids spend the night with a grown as* man. They got nice gifts and money for letting Michael fuc* their kids if he did do it. You see no black parents let their kids stay up there. I heard of stories of Madonna having sex with young boys and girls too. She never got charge for anything. I am sure a lot of stars does weird things. They may not have been caught like MJ. What he does in his personal life is his business. I know men my age who like younger women. Michael and OJ was found not guilty. It's time to let it go.

hard to say for sure but just like OJ the american justice system has failed to reach the truth settling instead for what the masses want and that is really really dangerous.

If OJ was "found" not guilty by one jury, why were 12 different people allowed to hold him financally responsible that sounds wrong no matter how you explain it

Same witrh micheal . I believe he is seriously f'd up but I dont honestly see him as a sexual charater at all. he is naive at best and hanging the baby over a ledge was bad for him.. he is not in touch with real peoples feelings about life and that is his problem.

Whether he commited any horrible acts against kids or not, he should have known enough about what people would think to avoid the appearance of inpropriety in the first place.

I see a sheltered rich kid trying to befriend a bunch of kids at the same emotional age as himself in his multi millon $ "FORT" with just enough adult sensibilities to want to be generous and share with sick children.their last wishes.

but after the first allegation how is it possible that the Make-a-wish foundation continued to support this and keep sending kids to neverland.ranch or at least not make a deal about it at all. in fact to this date I am not aware of any statement one way or the other

please update me if you are aware of any.

Regardless of how we feel about it, Michael Jackson is innocent. Flip the script. (The following example is hypothetical, please don't take it seriously... it's just that... an example.)

For example, you're at school and James has a pen and is using the pen. When James isn't looking, the pen falls on the ground. James looks back, and the pen is gone. James says that you took the pen. James looks behind him and asks Laurie did you take the pen. Laurie says yes because she doesn't like you. But the pen fell on the floor!!

This was just an example, but use it in Michael Jackson's scenario. The facts of the most recent case.

-Gavin spent several months at Neverland with Michael, his sister, his brother, and his own mother!
-They did spend in the night in Michael's room (as most of the kids that stayed at Neverland)
- There is NO proof that Michael gave alcohol to the minors (no eye-witnesses). The witnesses that they had in the case were not creditable.
- There is NO proof that Michael molested that child. Remember the DNA evidence they took in December, 2004? Remember the matching fingerprints on the magazines? Remember the internet cache of the porn sites? NONE of this was creditable and linked Michael Jackson either molesting this child or doing anything improper with this child.

SO HOW can you convict a person based on the evidence at hand. Use the example of James and the pen. He accused you of doing something improper without having the necessary evidence to prosecute!

Making an argument that he is guilty because he is weird, strange, and what 47 year-old-man likes to play with children other than a pedophile. Michael Jackson, by the evidence, is neither a pedophile nor homosexual. Please people, look at the evidence before you convict someone of anything improper.

Its obvious......Yes he is a Ped!!
So are all those lone elderly European/American Men who died in the Asian Tsunami. Why would an Old Man go to these parts of the world ALL on His Own? Unusual/ Unlawful SEX! So many of them have been caught and some are still serving sentences in Thai and Viet prisons! MJ's famous......these guys are not!

MJ's not interested in Women...........He likes little boys whom he don't mind hanging out of windows!!
That shows how little he knows about children/babies. He shouldn't have had any!

He lives in his own world.......I say leave him in the Morocco or wherever he shipped himself off to..........he can find all the little boys he wants there.....

Michael is purely innocent and he had to deal with all this false molestation acusations since 93' where he had been accused and he paid the parent not because hes guilty , he just didnt want the kid to go through hard time as the kid was being forced to testify by his parent but he didnt want to. In 2005 molestation charges was total crap and it motive of the parent was purely $$$.thinking she could get $$ outta michael she tried to extort him but when she failed she pressed charges and told her child to tell lie about everything.
its pretty clear that mike turned out to be innocent and the accuser is straight EXTORTIONIST.Too bad how ppl take advantage of ppl these days.Mike would never do anything to hurt anybody and he helped millions of children around the world by donating millionsof $$.he also created Heal The World Foundation in order to do what he always wanted to which is to heal the world.

I think Michael never grew up, never matured properly. He was the youngest of a large musical family. He was the youngest of a group who used to sing and travel. He was fortunate in that he had the money to do what he wanted in life and he chose to share it with children. People will think what they want, and make money off of his situation by writing books and talking about him. He and God knows his intentions and no one else needs to know or make determination.

In my heart I do belive he is totally innocent! I'm 64 years old and I do know that one of the best Intertainers of our time reputations has been destroyed.Micheal is very bizzarre but he was to good to these people and they took his kindness and choked him with it ,and became rich off of his kindness. I truly miss him,his talent,his intertainment.. How sad we live in a world where people destroy everything because of the love of money.

I think he had a strange childhood (to say the least) and someone molested him. So now that he's an adult, he's the molester. It makes sense. I did watch the case unfold, and an interview with an LA detective was very strange. He said, the way his house is set up, the master bedroom is down a long hallway, then you must be buzzed in. I understand he needs security, but that is very telling. Why would he pay off one case after another, if he was innocent? Again, very telling. What kind of parents allow this to happen? Who would let their kid stay over at a grown mans house for a sleepover? The whole thing is nuts.
