Thought provoking. I say no.
The concept of 'evolution' not withstanding -- all dynamic systems evolve. The tenets set forth by the founding fathers were meant to be more guidelines than literals 'cut in stone.'

Abortion and euthanasia have been around for almost as long as people have- they are *not* recent inventions, look it up.
Science has not proved or discovered that homosexuals are born that way. Come on, what conclusive *evidence* is there so far?
As for atheism, there have been so-called Christians who shouldn't hold/have held office. However, the majority of God-fearing people I have known have had a higher moral standard than the majority of godless people I've known. I'd rather not be governed by people who don't think they have anyone to answer to for their actions in the end. (I'm not saying that there are not ethical atheists, or that all so-called Christians are ethical)
The founding fathers- well, some of them were brilliant, indisputably. That doesn't mean that they were correct about everything, but I would hazard a guess that they were a little more well-versed on their facts than some...

Laws may be changed by other laws. The American constitution is a model which many would do well to follow. What is your objection/ Is it because they dies a long time ago? That with respect does not mean they were not wise enough to write a constitution which those bound by it amend after considerable thought and at their peril. Just think a bit and consider how far US is from those ideals to-day and you will see the wisdom of the original. In UK we have many laws on the statute book which are now ignored because they are impracticable. i think it is still unlawful to celebrate Christmas thank to Oliver Cromwell. Your Constitution can not and should not be overruled because it lays down a sound framework for the law. If we continue your augment laws will have to be re-enacted every say 30 years. that would cause chaos in the British /American system of Common Law

Abortion has been around for centuries. The Egyptians were the first known to do it. If and when you come up with a better form of government please inform us. Right now, the republic of the US is the best thing going. Does it have mistakes, yes. Can they be corrected through amendments, yes. Should equality be given to all regardless of race, sexual preference, or religion. Yes again.

Where would we be now if we did not follow the laws and regulations that the founding fathers passed. Are we not to follow the Declaration of independence all the amendments to the constitution and the constitution itself. Should we go back to our barbaric ways and start shooting it out in gunfights to prove what that we are idiots who should know better.

the founding father do not rule post mortum. that is a fallacy in your thinking. they merely drafted the blueprint for our government. is it perfect? no. is it the best available? currently yes. is it carved in stone? absolutely not! the founding fathers gave us the first ten amendments, and thr ability to amend the consitution as needed. 17 times since in fact.
