(Chris Benoit) was seen at the gym sometime prior to the murders. If he was that depressed I doubt he would care about working out. lightheaded(the best term i have to describe it) i dont ever seem to have any energy.. when i go to consentate i get what i can only describe as an anxious feeling where my heart kinda flutters... this happens when i go to read on the pc or something... now when i really must read i can.. but like now i cant...the worse is the lightheaded feeling... i cant focus ..i have to press on my forehead to feel ok..... I lift 4 times a week... i am in very good shape... i eat lots of fruits and veggies... plenty of meat and protein.. i take centrum performance vitiamans to help suplument my diet... i only drink diet drinks... dont normally get alot of sugar outside of fruits and veggies... but i sometimes do...i tried cutting caffeine and that didnt help me... I just want to know whats wrong.. im 21 years old and this is starting to really bother me .. i didnt use to be like this... any suggestions of what it could be or someone who has a similar experience..

ok heres the deal i have liked this girl for about 2 months now. she seems to be interest in me which is good. i ike her alot. We have been out on dates for the past two weeks and we have kissed twiced. the las thing we discusseed was that summer time we should hang out more. i left her a not on her car saying i didnt want things to change between us and i really enjoyed time wih her. all her friends tell me she is into me and that she is really starting to like me more. just recently i asked her to go to the movies with me so for the first time of summer and she called me back saying that she didnt want a boyfriend at this moment, she didnt want to give me any ideas. does this mean we are over or does that mean she just doesnt want a relationship over the summer and she still likes me ?
what should i do or how should i handle it

we went on the date and we both had a great time but we did not kiss or anything it was just cordial

she is definately worh it

A friend of mine takes a shower at 7 AM on Friday and goes away for the weekend. She take a shower again until 7 AM Sunday. Am I wrong, or did she not take a shower for two days?

She insists that since she showered on Sunday and Friday, and only missed one day in between, that she didn't shower for one day. The way I see it, there was 48 hours in between - so that's two days.

Who's right, and who's dirty?
