You could be dehydrated. Do you drink at least 8 glasses of water per day? Also, you could have too much of a vitamin. A lot of vitiamins could cause headaches and other side effects. Try decreasing your vitamins for a few weeks. Also, caffine withdraw can do this to you as well. Gradually decrease the caffine. Going to the dr. for a blood test would not hurt.

You really sound so stressed out and you know what, I've been through something similar. The trouble is the more you worry about it the worse you make yourself. It could be that your blood pressure is raised as you can feel very light headed and get headache after headache. Also the feeling you are getting when your heart 'flutters', well thats called palpatations and can be brought on by a number of things mainly, once again, anxiety and stress. Why dont you do yourself a big favour and make an appointment to see your g.p. on monday morning. It will help you to sit and talk this through and he is the person who will be able to help you through this. It will ease your mind and in doing this alone it can take the pressure off enough to make you feel a little better. I was given beta blocker tablets to stem my headaches and for the palpatations. They have worked well for me so dont worry if you are offered these and they will help you. I hope this helps you and that you will feel better soon. Making that appointment is the first step to feeling better. Good luck and I wish you well.

The alot of headaches thing could be a cyst by your skull. My friend has one had she gets really bad migraines but theres nothing really wrong after she takes medicne. She went to get some kind of scan I wish I could remember the name so I could recomend it. You could ask your regular doctor.

But getting it while your reading on your PC could mean that you might need glasses. That can make you nausous as well. GO to your eyedoctor for a check up.

*You should go to a regular doctor once a year for check ups.*

Stress? Not just regular stress, but something that is really bothering you? Do you sometimes get confused about what other people are talking about, and the sound of your own voice is kind of foreign? It almost feels like everything else is on a different path, and you are separated, and things do not happen in the order they are supposed to?

maybe you are not getting enough sleep . i used to get light headed and get head aches all the time, never had energy always lazy. heart race like your in a derby.make you feel like an anxiety attack. my head aches were migraines which didn't help. so i finally went to my doctor and got something to help me sleep and my head aches. now i just get headaches, only thing that would take them away is Tylenol #3. another thing it could be is your blood pressure

It would be very wise to see a doctor. Don't put up with these symptoms because if it's getting worse(or even if it's not) there's definitely something wrong.

I am not a doctor or nurse. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR. Why have you not gone yet? This is not the place to ask a question like that. We do not know you or are we a doctor or nurse
