i have a program created with .net 2005 when i reastart the mechine and try to load the application it will take around 4 sec to load but when i close it and try to load again it load in 1.5 sec why this is happening

It's cos' the program you made is already in the computer's memory. The first time you opened it, it wasn't in the memory so it took a little longer. Once it's in the memory already, it'll load faster because all the computer has to do is tap into its memory.

Because it is already sitting in real or virtual memory depending on what you have loaded in the meantime.

once the website is stashed in
my computer--local disk drive ( c )--windows--prefetch folder
it looks for the "cached" version in that folder UNLESS you've set your preference NOT to allow that.
then you get a fresh pageview each time and a longer upload,lol.
