I fi were to keep my diet in check and be very strict with it, i can keep the weight off can't i?

not dangerous and you will lose some weight . however wont be a permenant weight lose. you need to change your diet to mantain weight lose. side note. you will be really tired with so few carbs.

It's more stupid than dangerous. It's very hard to keep weight off even if your diet is "in check" afterward. People on super super low calorie diets tend to end up overeating because they get so hungry. The most extreme will throw it back up when they realize what they've done. Hello eating disorder.

it isnt dangerous and it you will lose weight but once your off the diet u gain ur weight right back.. its kinda pointless because you'll feel exausted because you haven't eaten properly

all you lose by fasting/depriving/starving your body is water weight and muscle plus you slow down your metabolism dramatically - there is no way you are gona keep it off - the only time you can keep it off is when you lose fat (eating healthy and enough and exercising).
