i wanted to add a picture of my dog onto www.google.com so everyone (people i know and don't know) could view her picture. I really don't know how to do this, so if you could please help me that'd be awesome!!!! thx!!!

You Should Do Picasa it is a software that is by google and it will let you upload photos onto your GMAIL account and then you can email or embed it into your website

First, you must have a website, or a space to publish your photo on the web. You don't have to have a paid service, as a free website works just as well in this instance.
Second, put your photo of your dog on your webspace main page. Your photo should be named with a somewhat descriptive name (for example: "dog.JPG" isn't that great because it is too common, but "chiwowow.JPG" is better).
Third, you will need to submit your site to Google. Your site will need to be put so it can be found under the web results. From there, the Google Robot will look at everything on your page and grab your images on the page for inclusion in Google Image Search.
Fourth, add content to your page. Give your chiwowow, or whatever breed you have, meaning. C'mon, you gotta admit these robots aren't stupid anymore. If they just see a blank page with a picture, they don't give your page much importance. So be descriptive. Maybe mention cool stuff you do with your dog, etc.
Fifth, and the hardest step of all, wait. You are going to need to allow time. You have done all you can do. You will now need to wait a few weeks to many months before you are included (the inclusion time may vary, but the time it takes is becoming less and less as the technology keeps improving).

You cant. Google caches the images from other web pages.
If you want to show the picture to a friend or family upload it on www.imageshack.us.
But if you still want it to appear on Google images you will have to label the picture and post it on a forum. but still there no guarantee you will every find it on Google.

Open a free web site and post your pictures there, using a lot of keywords that accurately describe the content.
