so called friend asks you ..."did you sue?"...(Now, personally, i feel that is rude to even ask?...what can you say...because you do not want to say....)...white lie and say..."No, why would you ask?"...and see what they say????

I would just answer like both of the first 2. Why would you ask me a question like that and I'd really rather not talk about it now.

well if you brought it up first the whol ereason why they asked was in response to your topic...so I would say if you dont want to talk about it make sure you DONT talk about it
