My fiance and I have signed papers (yesterday) with a lender we chose a couple of weeks ago from a different house we were going with. We ended up backing out of that deal and found a new house. We got a competative rate locked in (6.75) but another lender/bank offered the same rate but with 1000 off the closing costs. Is it worth it to switch for this incentive? We had our lender match this, then she told us that to get that 1000 off we'd have to increase the percentage to 6.85 to get it. My fiance is up in arms about this and was bitter to sign all this paperwork with her in the end. Now he's holding it against me saying I should have made the phone calls before hand to figure this all out. Are we screwed now or can we do something about this?

I want to know what could be a reason for me not getting my period. I'm 16 now and had my first period when I was 14, 2 years ago...and it's been very irregular. I had it every 5-6 months or so..and the last time I had it was 6 months ago. I've also lost alot of weight since last year. I am 5'1", small boned, and weigh 95 pounds. I was 110 last year and according to my Mom, I'm not getting my period because I have too little body fat. Is this true or could there be other reasons? If so, what are they?

My period has ALWAYS been abnormal so would gaining some fat make it normal?? My Mom also refuses to take me to a gynecalogist because she believes if I gain fat and be 110 pounds again, I'll get my period... do you need fat to get your period? Do skinny people get their periods? What other reasons could be for me not getting my period? Is 95 pounds too little?

I had pitocin with my daughter because I wasn't dialating. Up until that point, labor was painful, but bearable. Next time around I would like to try to go natural (which won't be for a few more years). If you have gone through both, was pitocin induced labor a lot different than natural labor? I'm guessing prior to the pitocin wasn't as bad as it could have been because they weren't dialating me, but what is the difference? Please only answer if you've experienced both. I'm just curious. Thanks!!

According to my 11 year old, we are the only parents in the world who supervise tv, computer usage, and are not considering a cell phone for her at the moment. She is smart and well behaved. What's your philosophy?

02 bayou has a chatter in the right side when you first start it up,but it gos away whn you rev the motor/? then after you ride it and it gets warm it gets better? changer the oil and filter seem to help some a local mechanic said they all didi this ??? is there a clutch adjustment inside the case or something could be loose? its internal no smoke or any noise riding or reving it thanks

Ok let me share the story with you... I usually start my period on the 25 th, althought about 2 yrs ago i wouldnt start until the 30th. But the last 2 yrs ive been starting onthe 25th, here it is the 28th and i have not started yet. Do you think i may be pregnant or is it possible i just have not started yet? Im not on any Birth Control and we use condoms everytime. Let me know how has it work'd with you in the past has this happened before and you still started your period but just a lil late?

the voting system is just wrong
I just got picked for best answer for not knowing the answer , when others obviously put a lot of thought into the answer
this isn't the first time it has happened , because people just click on the first answer they see to earn themself points

but this does two things
it encourages people to try and get that top spot because they know it has a better chance of being picked , even if it is wrong
so they point game for it
and it also isn't fair on people genuinly looking for an answer to their questions .... they get misleading/wrong answers in voting

I do not have much sewing expierence and would like to make three riding capes using a sewing machine. Is this possible for a novice? I know I came from a neighborhood that is a little old fashioned, growing up only one girl had a baby out of wedlock. And now I have noticed that so many people are having babies without being married. They just live together or not at all, what is all this about? I would never concider this. I'm not judging I just don't understand, I'll try to explain my side: for starters most people know what will happen if they have sex before marriage, so not everyone on the planet can say they got pregnant by accident. We are all responsible for what we do, and it is really hard for two people to raise a child together as husband and wife, so why would someone want to purposely do it alone? Also all these teens having children, I really have a problem with this, I never leave my child alone with a boy for this to happen. Parents need to pay more attention to their teens. I do everything with my children, I don't let them run around with boys. Please explain? marriage can be wonderful.
