Strange Question. But interesting. Well, I guess every time they got a chance to land, they will pee. That, I guess is why whenever they land on us for some reason, we end up feeling itchy. Anyway, flies have such short life, let us not bother with whether how long they poo. Instead, as long they don't bring along germs, they are welcome to fly around. They help to entertain the cats.
