I genuinely feel sorry for some of these people....LIberal Christians catch Hell from everyone...Fundies,Muslims,as well as other Atheists unfortunatley so let's appreciate the people that say "You're going to Hell but allow me to help you." and those that preach the LOVE of Christ not he intolerance of Yaweh.

Imagine a band of heavily armed religious zealots out on a cruise who stumble upon a land of milk and honey. It is already owned by others but "God" told the zealots to slaughter all the inhabitants and steal their land and live in it. As time went on they grew and grew and stole more and more land and even brought slaves from far away places to work the land for them because they were to lazy to work it themselves. Eventually the fanatics divided from the motherland and created their own country. As the guns got bigger and better they took more and more land. To justify all this they named their victims "Insurgents" or "Terrorists" because "God" was on the fanatics side and everything they did was right. They even have a "Department of Justice". They even sing a little song
"This land is your land,
This land is my land,
This land was made for you and me."
So, in the name of "Justice", should the fanatics be required to return the land they stole?

The church that we are getting married in is very old. I love everything about it except the alter. I honestly do not like anything about the alter and we are not able to move or change anything. The think that bothers me most is the Jesus picture that is in the background. I do not have a problem with Jesus, so dont get on me about that, I just do not want him in my pictures. I need some help with decorating. How can I make this beautiful? We are also not able to remove or cover it up.

I think i can get 5000$ after the summer is over.
I was on craigs list and they have Mercedes and BMWs for 2900 - 5000. I was wondering if theres any chance that would be a good deal for me. Married to a highly successful man who cheated on me with his employee. She's gone but within last 6 months he's lost company, homes, cars and now me. I have tried to handle it all, but I am so hurt and angry. We have a 3year old. I have told my husband that I hate him and that I wished I could never see him again (not around the child of course!) the house we are in now will soon go and he has made no real plans on where we would go but bought land to build on, for us. Yesterday I found a place for me and our child. I cry and am deeply hurt. I don't want to go, but I know I can't be with him until I get rid of my anger and could possibly entertain giving him my life again. I think he is just so depressed and convinced I hate him he doesn't even think there is a future. I think distancing myself is the right thing. I don't want to be a doormat, but I also fear I am ending any chance of repairing this mess and being with him on the right terms. We've been together 12 years. Is it over?

Ok...there is this girl that i really like, and I have told her. She said she cares for me too...but just wants to remain friends, and if anything comes out of it then so be it. The thing is that two years ago I was on the verge of asking her out, and I talked to her best friend about it, and she said that if i did ask her she would say no...I asked why and she said that she would say no because she knew that there was someone else that liked me....Turns out that it was her best friend that liked me...so instead of facing rejection...i went out with her best friend....few months later i broke up with her cause it was getting too serious...a little while after that i asked this girl that i liked that if i had actually asked her out..what she would've said...and she said that she would've said yes cause she liked me then..but after seeing me go out with her friend, she moved on....now they are not friends anymore, and me and this girl i like are good friends...WHAT DO I DO???
