umm, i would have to say no. They have no physical bodies so why would they? unless they died in their sleep, then they may be sleep-haunting, lol. Just rambling on now.

Ghosts are considered restless spirits so I would take that to mean that they do not sleep without sleep it is not possible to dream. That however does not include day dreaming which is thought provoked and in which basis they may very well be able to day dream, it is thought you would have to have a physical body to dream what so ever but if you ever look at reported cases of hauntings the ghosts are usually there for a reason if they are capable of inhabiting an area based on a memory that is then given that the thought process must last after death and might then be capable of processing day dreams even without a physical brain.

I once read that they eat,drink,sleep,marry,give birh and so on. I've also read that they eat dead bodies of animals.

No, Because they are not alive as we know it..... Also they never sleep nor do they ever get tired, also they never eat.... nor do they have a brain as we know it........ Also what would the ever have to dream about.......................................................
