Uh that's not an addiction. An addiction is doing it like 20+ times a day where it begins to take over your life. Masturbating once a day is considered normal. Keep doing it.

I'm not a man but I guess once a day is normal but when you feel strong urges if you don't do it like a day or two it might be a sign of addiction.

No, your normal. Many kids your age do the exact same thing so your fine. But i have to tell you one time when i was 14 i jerked it 8 times in one day! Now that even wouldnt be anything to worry about. But now i get the real thing so i dont masturbate much anymore.

I am a female and i do it everyday. Unless we are having sex (me and my guy).
Even at that, i love doing it during sex. It is completely normal. You're not weird, you're not addicted. You have a hungry sexual appetite... FEED IT.
