A good friend of mine recently asked me to be a Bridesmaid in her wedding; however, I am not the Matron of Honor. I was just wondering what exactly my responsibilities are. Obviously I will help with planning the bachelorette party.

What should I do as far as a wedding gift? Should I get them a gift, or give money like everyone else?

Also, what do I help pay for. I know I have to purchase my bridesmaid dress, and help pay for the bachelorette party, but what else?

that my brother-in-law disgarded into a corner of the warehouse (for the Family's business - not important). I'm pretty upset about this being that it was never even taken out of the packaging. So here's my question...Would it be wrong of me to get my nephew clothes for christmas from here on out? He's only 6 so it's not his fault, but I don't have money to throw away on toys to be disgarded like that. I understand that kids get rid of their toys eventually - but they can at least open them 1st - or get rid of them out totally so the people giving the gift will never know. What would you do?

I have a 1996 Buick LeSabre, custom edition. When I start the car the first time, the engine doesn't start. When I start the car the second time, the the engine revs up and the car shakes, makes weird noises (dananana....putt putt putt) but the engine is still running. The "check oil" and the "check engine" light comes on. Then when I go to press down on the brake (which is heavy) and switch gears...the car makes a loud boom noise and the engine shuts off. I have 110,888 miles on the car. I recently got an oil change, a new coil pad, and a new battery. I need help from an expert...I am low on cash. Does anyone know what is wrong with the car?

I have a 13 week old son, and my mother in law has only seen him when he was 2 weeks, even though she only lives 10 minutes away, (she is usually drunk by morning tea) the time she did see him was only so she could say to hubbies brother that she had. Now his sister is up, and she called insisting that she come over today. I have plans with my friends and i told her that, ad she said, 'thats fine i will mind the baby'. I dont want to leave him with her, and i resent taht she only sees him so she can seem the good grandma to everyone else. Should I say something to her?

I have no way of getting to a gym and is much more conveniant for me to do exercises at home due to not much time to devote going to a gym. If anyone can point a few good exercises that I can benefit from as I would go to a gym, that'd really be helpful and lessen my hassle of looking online for them. Thanks a lot in advance.

I found a dog (He looks like a maltese/yorkie) in my neighborhood about 4 days ago and after posting flyers everywhere and asking every single person who the dog belonged to and not finding an owner, we decided to keep him.By looking at his white teeth, we guess he's about 6 months old.

When we first got him, he was covered in fleas. So we bought him a flea shampoo, flea collar, hair brush, tear stain remover, ect. While I gave him a bath, I noticed a half opened scab. When I finished removing it I noticed a flea had been under the scab. I took the flea out with a tweezer and killed it. Then, after I finished bathing him, I dried him and noticed he had many scabs on his skin. I know I shouldn't have but I peeled one off thinking maybe another flea would be inside, but there was nothing and the scab ripped off with a couple strands of hair.

I'm very worried, because he also has these scabs under his ears.

I am a non-denominational Christian male, and Satan has begin to tempt me with homosexuality. I need help, but I don't want to turn to family because that is embarrassing. It feels like I like boys and girls, but I don't know what to do. Satan is tempting me, and I don't want to like them. How can I make these feelings stop? Also has Satan ever tempted you with this? I'm travelling far from home, so I don't have access to my NADA Classic/Collector car price guide, nor do I have much access to the web right now to do a thorough search. Looking for the following info:

1) Value for a 1972 Mustang. Its a 4 Speed, the VIN is 52F05Q238254 (the first character might be a J instead of a 5, not sure, there was some dirt on the windshield). The only code I was able to clearly get off the block was 13728548 (off the manifold). It appears to have a 2 Barrel Carb. The hood indicates it has a 351 engine, which looks about right from what I could see looking at the engine itself.

In any case, I'd like a range of value, from its present condition to what it might be worth fully restored.

I don't think I am. I spend a lot of time with friends and I'm generally loud and obnoxious, but at home I tend to stay shut up in my room. I have a reason for it; I'm writing.

Writing is my passion, and it is what I love to do best. Writing however requires peace and quiet and as I have three dogs, two younger siblings, and both of my parents living with me, outside of my room can be very loud and I can't concentrate.

My parents think that it's "unhealthy" or something.
