A haircut n finish iz when some1 getz their hair trimmed, after a wash/condition 4 their hair, but it has no actual style.
A haircut n style iz 4 example, when some1 gets their long hair cut 2 shoulda length, n getz a perm - so itz basically jus some1 gettin their hair wit a completely different style.

finish is a casual blow dry, style is where you get the completed style
