McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning tastes great on grilled pork. Just rub it on and grill.
Or go more of the southern route and bread with flour, salt, and pepper (I like a lot of pepper) and fry them in a skillet. Then prepare some country gravy to serve over top -- you can buy the gravy mix if you don't want to make it from scratch.
Pork chops sound so much better than the Hamburger Helper I have planned . . . happy eating.

This sounds strange, but it is a recipe that my friend paid for in a wonderful restaurant in Salem, Massachusetts. Its called beer porkchops.
slice 2 yellow onions and put them at the bottom of a casserole dish. Arrange porkchops on top of onios and salt them to your taste. in a bowl add 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and mix it together. spread mixture over chops, then pour 1/2 of a can of the beer of your choice over the pork chops. Cover and bake for about an hour. these are really quite delicious.

This is a Portuguese recipe. Everytime I make it people go crazy.
Place chops in a bowl, throw in fresh minced garlic, lot's of paprika, salt, ground pepper, parsley, white wine (enouch to submerse chops) a few bayleaves.
Marinate for 3 hours.
Then get out the frying pan . Heat up olive oil, throw in chops that you took out of marinade and patted dry. Brown them well and then throw the marinade back in cook for a few minutes and then throw in some milk or cream mix it all up real well.
The chops and the sauce are to die for. They taste great on top of white rice or red potatoes.

If you like spicy food, try blackening seasoning. There are many commercial varieties that are very tasty. Rub the seasoning in and cook in a hot pan. If your porkchops are thick you might want to finish them in the oven.
If you want a little sauce to go with them, remove the chops from the pan and add a little heavy cream (not 1/2 & 1/2 or light cream) ... let it reduce by about half and pour over the chops... instant sauce.

marinade pork chops in crushed/minced garlic, black pepper or red pepper flakes, salt and seven-up/sprite or even coke. the pop makes the porkchop moist and tender... marinade the chops for a few hours to infuse the flavor... you can iether grill or bake

why would you ruin good pork chops with a rub or marinade? what is wrong with grilling them and have the taste of the pork? sorry but I don't do rubs or marinade on pork it has it's own taste.

you may soak them in cool water and save switching out the water because of the fact the temperature rises. I continuously positioned some salt in beef or poultry once I defrost this way. It pulls the blood out of the beef. good success :)
