Does the cosigner need to be on the title or deed to the house for them to help you get a loan or mortgage?

I have always known that I did not want to have kids. I never kept that fact hidden. I have never liked infants. I have never even held a baby once in my life because I dislike infants, and I would never want to experience preganacy. When I was in my early 20s and people asked me when I was going to have kids, they would always say you are young you will change your mind or what till you find the right guy. I have been getting this response for years. Now I am 30 and I still hear it despite the fact that I am with a man I love. He knows I don't want kids and is fine with that. People still ask when we are having kids. Some of the same ones ask over and over. How should I handle them? Next time they ask, I am tempted to say I can't I am sterile.

First of all, let it be known that I'm not generalizing anyone here. I'm just curious as to those ones who believe their scripture was literally written by or totally inspired by God, thereby making it God's word.

Mainly, this is directed toward Christians, because I have more knowledge of the Holy Bible than I do the Qur'an, or any other books. Though those from other religions are welcome to comment, as long as they elaborate. Be sure to mention which one you adhere to, though.

Along with your answer, I'd be curious to know WHY you think it is true, and why you might think it's the 'one true path'.

On an even more curious level, for those of the Christian faiths, how do you go about rationalizing such atrocities as God-condoned rape, slavery, sexism, cannibalism, murder, genocide, infanticide, the condemning of homosexuality, and animal and human sacrifice in the Bible, if you believe it is the true word of God?

Ok...I'm 15 years old this october. And i'm 5.64 feet tall or 172 cm.. I really wana do weight lifting, but some people keep advicing me to not weight lift while i'm teen..Coz they say, it stops my growth. And it makes sense to me, but now i think i'm a bit older, and is ok to weight lift, in my opinion. What do you think, and please tell me why i should/shouldn't weight lift. Thanx very much!

I think chemistry is like a piece of sh** subject to me and i will be having my chemistry exams tomorrow and i still haven't got the concepts right... What's more is that chemistry does not have a standard answer... Whenever i think this answer is correct and turns out wrong, the teacher will explain that that is an EXCEPTIONAL case...like in the case of some element not following the rules of chemistry... It is so stupid and why can't chemistry be like physics???

the other day i read something about how it was possible to conclude the distance and speed of some far away astronomic objects from the emission lines of hydrogene being present in the spectrum.
These objects were Quasars and it was determined that they move away from us at a good percentage of the speed of light, due to the expansion of space.
Now i thought .. has anybody ever tried pulling a spectrum from the background ?
was it even possible ?
as far as i know its some glob radiating around at just 4 Kelvin, but i do not really have an idea how it was possible to figure at which speed its moving away from us.
soo .. was there any test ? does anyone know something ?

Hi, does anyone have suggestions on how to spend a 2 weeks holiday going from Vancouver to Calgary in August? We haven't planned much yet, besides a day trip to Seattle and "wanting to see cowboys" in Calgary ;-) For the rest, we rely on inspiration and suggestions from friends. We know we will enjoy the drive and the scenery either way.
Is it worth going to Victoria island for a day trip or do you need to spend more time there? Vancouver island? Whistler, Banff, Jasper? Are there chances to spend a day horse back riding along the way?
Any ideas are much appreciated.
