what about soy milk? i think you have to base how good or bad milk is on the amount of sugar it has if you're a diabetic. are you type one (insulin dependant) or type two?

I answered this question yesterday. The answer is still the same -- milk sugar is not bad for diabetics because it is absorbed so slowly by the body. Any milk (except something like chocolate milk) is fine for diabetics to use, unless they have kidney failure and must have a low protein diet.

Ask your doctor and get proper, professional advice from someone qualified, trained, and licensed to give it. People on this site are not.
