Do not know what the landlord is doing. Already tried to evict us because he wanted to sell the house. We won the unlawful detainer case. Said he'd never talk to us anymore. Now its 6 days before lease is up and havent heard from him. What are the legal issues that go along with moving out? does he have to give us notice or do we give him notice? if we wanted to stay say only one more month, do we give that notice? Any information would help

I have tried several different kinds of pet food storage containers and have yet to find one that I like. So far I have tried the stackable storage bins by blitz (http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441781987&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302025790&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023689&bmUID=1182728312968&itemNo=10&In=Dog&N=2025790&Ne=2) and one by rubbermaid I believe (http://www.petco.com/product/12461/Rubbermaid-Pets-Scoop-n-Store-Pet-Food-Storage.aspx). Neither met my expectations. Within days I had ants galore. Not good. The rubbermaid one looks good but the lid broke and no longer works. Didn't want to pay the money for a new one till I find one with good remarks. The only requirements that I have is that it can hold at least 40 pounds of dog food and be able to keep out unwanted pests.

Why is it that certain unhealthy practices are running rampant in the homosexual community, such as promiscuity, deviant sexual practices, and non-use of protection.

Would it be because of the homosexuality itself, or is it because of societal pressures on a homosexual?

Also, has anyone who is gay been molested as a child? I only ask because most of my gay friends have indeed been sexually abused. Does sexual abuse alter sexual orientation?

Once again, this question is not asked from any certain viewpoint, but rather as a general open question. Respect to all.

Ok, one of my friends lives next store to a se offender. THe sex offender sexaully assulted a 15 year old boy and yet he still has custody of his two todlers, a bboy and a girl. The little boy is older and I met them once and they seem like sweet kids. But when we walked by this sick man's house one time, we herd the little boy sreaming for his dad to stop something and we herd banging. Should we do something about it or midn our own buisness. I don't even think he should have the custody of his kids. Could he be abusing his kids or am I just jumping to conclusions.

I like to believe that I am a slender person, but my tummy makes me look (from the side profile) that I could be 3-4months pregnant...(and am not!!!) It has been like this forever....my staple diet is rice and curry of the day...Also, my body needs a bit of toning up...What do I do to achieve a flat tummy and a toned up body? we live is an apartment and there are adults always home who check in on him form time to time and he plays with their children, and goes in and out of our apartment as he wants, but he does stay most of the time inside. I call and check on him and i make sure he has food to snack on until i get home. Could cps take him away if they were told of this? What do you think? He is very responsible for 11 or i would not even consider doing this.

Which gaming crowd is more crazier the madden crowd or the halo crowd. I went to gamefaqs and said halo was overrated and they threaten to kill me lol.
