Scouts taught me to "Be Prepared." I have an arsenal of foolish movies on VHS format that I have in a drawer beside our TV in the living room... sure fire stuff like Godzilla movies in black and white from the sixties and the 1931 black and white Dracula with Lugosi, assinine drive-in horror flicks about natives in loin cloths making grunting sounds, running around, trying to do in the monster glittering house fly and such. You get the idea. Sometimes if I am also tired physically, I will turn off the sound and create a new sound track as I am watching it new each time. I imagine the new sound track and invent dialogue, and all of that puts me to sleep in about twelve minutes. I eat crunchies and drink skim milk and if I make it past fifteen minutes of all this insanity I have been describing, I will have done well. ZZZZzzzzzzzz.... - Chris!

Sometimes I come on the computer or watch TV or have SEX.

Although I very rarely can't sleep as since having my little one I'm normally falling asleep before I go to bed.

Depends on what time it is. If its really early I tend to read. If its later I might get up and have a shower or go on the internet. But if Im really tired and cant do alot I just think.

If you have a partner then some late night loving usually makes you sleepy. Failing that, a hot chocolate & brandy whilst reading, usually within 15 mins your in dreamland.
