As far as I've been able to deduce, pain can best be "managed" by avoidance of it in the first place!...
... meaning that if a few simple areas of our lives are attended to, we will have much less problem with pain!
[No, I don't mean quitting the game!!]

- Exercise - surely this will get the blood pumping, the tissues strengthening, and the toxics and wastes moving appropriately through the system, and strengthen the heart as well [says he, with a sprained left thumb for yesterday's effort!]

- Diet - appropriate attention to meeting all the basics of a balanced diet, without too much junk ... and spacing the different kinds of food - timewise, so as to avoid overloading, congesting and confusing the digestive system and its enzymes, etc.

- Sleep - appropriate rest and avoidance of post mid-night bed entry.
As much as possible, live in the daylight and rest at night light

- Sabbath Day observance - one day, proven by medics, to be humanly necessary. But Spiritual observance rests al

I am a young girl who is very much over weight!! I am looking for a way to loose weight. I dont excersie but I have someone who is willing to start going to a gym with me. Does this weight watchers and other programs really work. I would like to loose 60+ pounds by the end of year. I am not looking to loose 30 a month....I am working full time and I do go to school so what I do has to easily work around my schedule. I hope someone has ideas for me. Me and this girl became friends over a year and a half ago. she was on my school bus and one day asked for my screen name. me and her eventually (a month) got close. me and her were very caring, listened to eachother and helped eachother. loved eachother as friends and maybe she liked me a little more at one point. and so did i. 2 months ago she became very dull to me and plain. very different. wouldnt tell me things, woulndt be caring or repectful and a month ago we had a fight and we disconnected and wern't friends anymore. tonight she posted a bulltien on myspace asking what dress for her to wear somewhere. i replyed back after not speeking to her in 2 weeks after i left and funny picture for her which she didnt say anything to me about. i told her what dress to pick. she said and said "thank you=]" i respnoded back and said "by the way you look very thin, u did a good job i'm proud of you" she thanks and that she ran this morn. ok how do i, or should i become her friend again?????

So im running vista on my laptop and every couple of hours the connection just drops and i have to go to my router plug the power cord plug it back it and sometimes it still drops the connection. Does anyone know how to fix this or should i just go buy another router. Also, right now im using my friends computer because when i try to connect to linksys it says "local only" and i cant find a way to solve this.

I was sitting in my apartment, casually drinking a beer, when all of a sudden, there was a knock on my door. It was my dad.
So, I hurried and poured out the beer and hid it under my sink.
Dont ask why the heck I hid it there. lol It was my first instinct.
Soo I let my dad & blah blah. When suddenly, he goes to look for a paper towel, I leap in front of the sink. He was like "Nikki, whats wrong with you." & then he opened the sink. He saw the beer. He now thinks I have a drinking problem.
I do not have a drinking problem, I was just relaxing. lol
He is pretty ticked off right now @ me.At first he was mad at my roomate,who wasnt there at the time, but i convinced him that he had nothing to do with it.
My dad knows I drink, I was always getting in trouble for partying in High School, but he says this is different.
He said that im an adult now,and I should start acting like one and be more responsible. He said I disappointed him.
I dont know what to do. =[

I have felt little movements and flutters especially when i'm hungry soon as hot food hits my stomach, I have morning and night sickness,I have the pregnancy glow,I have breast pain and milk in my breast. I sleep a little more than normal and I definetly use the restroom more than usual. That little beat is even present in my throat.I can't even bigin to tell you all of the symptoms and signs I have. My stomach is full and tight even when it is empty. Tell me what else could I feel moving? I know that I'm not constipated and I don't have gas. So any suggestions med. experts.

My son just bought a house, he has new - mills pride - put together cabinets from Home Depot. They were on clearance which is why he made that pick. We have to work with clearance and discounted items, but what colors should we be looking for? He favors muted colors, sage green, burnt orange, sandstone.

Hey, I've had my leopard gecko for a couple weeks now, and I've been feeding him mostly mealworms. I read that it's best to gutload the mealworms, and one of the suggested ways to do this is to grade carrots in the container in which they're kept. The site I read this from didn't mention whether or not to refrigerate them while gutloading, but I read in Leopard Geckos For Dummies, that they won't eat while refrigerated. So, I put the mealworms I bought in a tuperwear container with some graded carrots, then the next night I went to feed the gecko, I opened the container to find tons of mold growing in it. So I was wondering if it was still safe to feed the mealworms to the gecko. The mold doesn't seem to have affected the worms, but I figured I'd ask just to be sure it was still safe. Anyone know?
