My husband and I are new to the San Diego area and are looking for a good church to go to. We like nondenominational, "mega" churches (i.e. very large). I am not having much luck finding one online.

I'd suggest Canyon Springs Church in Scripps Ranch. Good, modern music and a great Pastoral staff - they really try to make the message relevant to day-to-day life.

I'm somewhat of a help. Though I do not know any churches that are gay friendly at all, you can always go on Google and type it in and see the ones around your area. You can basically find anything on Google, haha. Hope this helps. I hope you find a church!! :D

are there "good" megachurches?
you dont need a huge church to practice your faith...the focus on places like this is what turned me away from christianity and religion in general...

"Good" and "church" just don't go together. Mega-churches are just obscene.
Give up the superstition and give society a break.
