we made an offer on a house & from our understanding we had the highest offer but now they want us to give them a "highest and best" offer. the realtor told my boyfriend that they were going with our offer until they found out it would be bought with a VA loan. she said the seller (which is a finance company) doesn't like to deal with VA loans because they rarely can pass the house inspections & they have had problems with the VA loans. the lady from the VA said they only inspection they "require" is a termite inspection & not a house inspection. she is contacting the realtor. does this sound right or does it sound like discrimination?

I just asked a similar question and felt the need to clarify some things...I said in my previous question that it was transexual porn but it's shemale..sorry..I looked at my boyfriend's history on the computer and found out that he has been looking at shemale porn. I do have trust issues because of some things in the past which is why I was looking at his history..anyways, I dont understand why any straight guy would want to look at shemale porn which is why I'm very confused on this whole thing. I do everything to make sure he is satisfied and now I find out this. It would'nt bother me so much if it was straight porn but shemales! Why do women get credit for "fighting and dying for our country". There have been like 3 women killed all together in the entire Iraq war and those were probably from indirect fire off the frontlines.

Women are limited to non-combat duties and that in my opinion doesn't qualify as "fighting for our country".

Lets face it, war is a mans job. Why do women get equal credit?????

How many months of groceries would a family of 4 in Hyderabad, India be able to purchase with $2500 US dollars

*Side Notes:
Someone I know is wanting to outsource an IT project out to India and we want to know what $2500 US dollars will be in India economy

For instance - $100 US get you a really nice dinner for 2 with appetizers, meals, alcoholic drinks, and desserts at a nice restaurant in most of the USA - What does $100 (which is around 4,000 rupees) get you in India?

Or really what does $2500 US worth of rupees get you in India.

I was just wondering what your opinions on my question are:

If Atheism is correct, if there is NOTHING after death, if we DID evolve from monkies and when we die we're going to rot...

What is the point of even living?

Why don't we all just kill ourselves now instead of waiting 75 years?

If I have nothing to look forward to, why even bother with life?

Accumulating wealth? What good is it when you're DEAD?

Enjoying yourself? So? You're going to end up DEAD anyways

If God doesn't exist and I just rot in a wooden box, I don't want to waste my time living! Then again, thats impossible because my time is worthless...

But you get the idea; if there is no afterlife, whats the point of living and then being buried?

I'm fifteen and already I'm in college thanks to an early college/high school program. I know it's a great opportunity and I know that I'm lucky to be in it but I can't handle it. There is too much work, too much stress, and I have to kill myself to get even a C+. I don't want to get out because come on FREE COLLEGE!! But I'm scared for my mental and physical health. I've been depressed and tired, going to school from 8 am to 5 pm hurts. Then the homework. My hair is falling out, my weight is up and down, skin is going crazy. Please help.

Okay, me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 1/2 years. We live together and have a child together. Before he and I became a couple, he was with his ex girlfriend and they have children and had a house together. He has visitation with his kids and of course his ex doesn't like me and tries to make his life a living hell by always taking him to court for dumb stuff (obviously she still wants him and hasn't gotten over their relationship yet). He's finally getting the house thing situated where he'll be off the deed.
Last year in the beginning of the year, he asked if I was ready to take it to the "next" level with him. Of course I asked more questions about what that meant and it was marriage.
We are going on three years being together and he still hasn't proposed to me. He was with his ex for 8 years and never proposed to her.
Could this be a pattern for him? Is he in a comfort zone? How long should I wait???????

Walking my 20 lb dog on the leash down my quiet steet (broad daylight) big husky looking fella starts trailing my dog (ignored me completely) got in front of my dog to look him in the eye (i think that's why he made sure to get up in front of him). Then the scary thing happened...he just pounced, smashed my dog onto the cement, went for the neck...that's when my dog was howling and screeching like i'd never heard before. That broke my panic and I kicked the dog off of mine. I'm still traumatized that I may have hurt him, even though I had to help my own pup.

Was this dog attempting to kill my dog like he was prey, or just trying to hurt him/scare him? I don't know if it was a stray or just got out, but now i'm terrified it'll be out there, waiting to rip my dog to pieces.

PS my dog is extremely submissive.no dog has never tried to fight him, if they do anything, they will try to mount him. Don't know if this matters.

Hello, I am interested in Computer/Electronic/Electrical Engineering and I have Hyperhidrosis (Excessive sweating of the palms)

How much will my sweating of the hands affect me if I choose this major? How much will it affect me working as an Computer/Electrical Engineer?

Would my sweating of the palms be a big problem if I choose this major? Or should I just choose a different major that doesn't involve dealing with electrical stuff?
