It just seems like i will never get it paid off i waited to long to start paying on it and it went into default and now im 38yrs old and ive been paying on it for the last 2 years and im not getting anywhere it seems. I need some kind of relief they wont let me refinance unless i go back to school.

he is not on the birth certificate and he has another family that he cares for and has ignored this child with me (I don't care for child support just want to terminate his rights and it is not for adopting purposes.)To top it off a lawyer will charge me about $200 to $500 an hour and legal aid was no help either... I can file myself but don't know what to do afterwards. Any advice? By the way this is for the state of Florida

Ok so I'm a 45+ femal that joined classmates last year and got in touch with an old boyfriend. We shared the summer of '78 and what a summer it was... anyways we have stayed in touch through emails, and phone calls. Heres the problem, He is divorced and a very religious man, he would never even consider kissing me cause I'm married, even though I know he wants to be with me. To him even having sexual thoughts about a married women is a sin. I want this man sooooooo bad I can't think straight sometimes. I'm not that happy in my married lide (bored). Even when he does say something sexual to me if gives me goose bumps.. what to do???? HELP

He owns the large expensive DC house with no mortgage. I just got first full time job in DC making a decent salary. We are domestic partners - cannot legally get married. Some people argue I shouldn't even be paying monthly "rent" to him but I figure I would pay anywhere I live. Should I also be responsible for a part of all utilities including electric, gas, telephone, etc. or is my "rent payment" which is slightly high but average for DC (950/month) enough? I don't know what the common best thing to do is.

Hey... a while ago i had a big horrible spot on my nose ! i squeezed it and squeezed over and over till it went, it finally went but now i have a pinkish reddish mark over the area where the spot was... its not noticable to anybody else but its annoying me... is there anything i can do? did i scar my skin for good?

They gave it to me in jail when I was kicking heroin. It tasted like red kool-aid with salt in it. It helps to relax and its the only thing i could keep down. The jail was in Cowlitz county wa. if that helps

I was wondering this because it seems like hummingbirds have wings that are quite large for something that flaps 60 times per second. Is this kind of flapping only necessary for hovering, or are they like bees that have to flap impressively fast just to stay in the air. Also, if they don't, do you know the amount they would have to flap to hover without needing to move forwards? Just wondering.

The last day of my period was on May 19th, and I got a positive result (albeit a very faint line) on June 9th (exactly 21 days later). Then a darker line on the 11th. Does that seem early? Or is it normal? The box said most women can't get a positive result until at least five days before their period, so I'm just wondering. Thanks!

The other day I made a movie on Moviemaker. I have finished the movie and saved it to my computer, but I went to copy it to a cd and it will not let me. It says something about codec and not finding the original. The movie is just pictures with music attached and is half hour long. Can someone tell me how I can copy this off. Thanks

I think it is a very good show. It doesn't seem like something I'd like, but the acting, directing and storylines are so rich and the plot is so original that I really enjoy it.

HBO is great and my all time favorite show is The Sopranos, but now that it's over I'm glad Big Love is on to enjoy. Other HBO originals that I enjoyed were Rome and Band of Brothers.

I am 26 years old and have some post pregnancy weight to take off. I am 5"5 and weigh 154 and I want to get down to about 135 pounds. Is this about right. How long should I give myself to get to my goal. Something realistic, I know I am not going to lose 20 pounds in a month. Are there any dietary supplements that may help with the weight loss? Preferrably something natural.
