Hi all,

The other day I made a movie on Moviemaker. I have finished the movie and saved it to my computer, but I went to copy it to a cd and it will not let me. It says something about codec and not finding the original. The movie is just pictures with music attached and is half hour long. Can someone tell me how I can copy this off. Thanks

If you have already saved the movie 'as a movie' (not a project) and the movie is playable on a PC. I suggest that you drop a blank CD-R in the drive and call up your burner software and drag a copy of the movie file (*.WMV) to the burner and go from there.

If you've been saving your movie as a project, you need to click FILE then Save Movie File and select either 'My computer' (to make a PC movie) or Recordable CD (to make a PC movie on disk).
