I have a prepayment penalty on my mortgage but it might be worth it to refinance my home before the 2 year requirement is up. Is that something that I can do? I already have about 30K+ of equity in my home and i know that my prepayment penalty is about 4K if I were to sell it right now
Also what is involved with refinancing your home? Do you have to go through the same credit check/employment crap like the first time?
ok here are my details...
both my husband and I have different jobs. His job is commision based and i work A LOT less hours than I used to.

We have 2 mortgages because we are young and that was the way we could get into a house
first payment is 820 at 7.7% interest
second payment is 323 at 11% interest.
I am just looking to refinance and not take any money out. just to lower our payments. to pay off both loans it would be 160k, and that would include the prepayment penalty.

we both have really good credit but I am thinking the job thing might be a problem??

Apparently, we went downtown after the Spurs won last night, to join in the celebration...but I have no memory of it.....but that goes a long way to explain why my boyfriend was mad at me this morning : P

I went out to get the mail just a few minutes ago and saw beer cans and an empty pack of cigs sitting on our patio table......I called my boyfriend and said, "Did we sit outside after we got home last night?" : P

I think I'll just stay home and drink coffee tonight....lol

Autism is not a mental illness, but a neuro-biological disorder. But I'm not sure what category would be best for this question. I hope placing it here in the mental health section does not offend anyone. If it does, I'd like to apologize.

Ok, what exactly is the Combating Autism Act, and why are many parents of Autustic children, and many Autistic adults against it? Will this act find ways to prevent children with this syndrome from being born, or will it simply spread awareness about Autism, and provide treatment so that Autistics can function with more ease in society?

Would this also apply to people with Aspergers? Also, what will this mean for adults who have gone undiagnosed for years, only to find out at 20, 30, and older they have an autistic spectrum disorder? Will they be ostracized even more if Autism is eventually gotten rid of in the future? I'm confused and interested in hearing both sides. Thanks.

I use to be 115, but now im 130. Been trying to lose weight, but my appetite changed. IM ALWAYS hungry. How do i change my appetite.

My grandmother died in 2001 and long story short, my grandfather turned out to be a huge **** and a teacup collection that was intented to go to me was sold with all of her belongings... before he got remarried. So since then I've wanted to get a teacup outline for her but I'm not entirly sure where... I am thinking either the bottom of my wrist or on my leftside ribs above my heart... shave my cat? it is very hot where i live and my the wall a/c's can't keep up with the heat. she is a VERY FURRY cat and i can tell she is miserable. i thought that shaving her belly might help. people shave their dogs all the time so i don't think it is wrong but would like some input. don't worry i won't touch the whiskers.

Well this has been about a 2-3 week process so far. I vacuum but it stirs some of it up and I can never get it all. I'm beginning to think the filter is spitting some back to the pool. I took apart my DE filter at the start of the year so it should be clean still. Am I not putting enough DE powder in? I have 3 kids that swim all the time and I feel bad for not being able to keep the pool as clean as it should be. Need Help!
