Its not illegal to drink and drive as long as your BAC is .08. So if the NA beer doesnt get your BAC over .08 then yes you can drink all you want then drive til the wheels fall off.
Of course there is some discression needed with this. I know people that might have a BAC of .06 but they cant tollerate alcohol so they have the motor skills of someone else who may be at .12. In that case you wouldnt want to drive even though you are below the legal limits.

I'm not from MO, so this is a general answer (baring any weird laws there). It would be illegal to have an open container of most non-alcoholic beer as most contain some alcohol. DUI/DWI/OWI laws are based on blood alcohol level (BAC) so it would not matter where the alcohol came from, just the level in your blood.

Well, I can't see any reason why you'd want to do this...but I agree with kcbf and davidmi711.
One other thing to note is the zero tolerance laws...not sure if that's applicable in MO, but the general rule is if you are under 21 and have ANY booze in your system, then you are automatically ****** if the cops catch you as any BAC in this situation above 0 is illegal.
