Hey... a while ago i had a big horrible spot on my nose ! i squeezed it and squeezed over and over till it went, it finally went but now i have a pinkish reddish mark over the area where the spot was... its not noticable to anybody else but its annoying me... is there anything i can do? did i scar my skin for good?

It is possible but not likely. How long has it been since the spot went away? Give it three to four weeks to completely heal and exfoliate itself. Moisturize it with Cocoa Butter with Viatmin E and keep an eye on it. If you think it may have left a permanent mark try an over-the-counter scar cream like Maderma or ask your doctor for a recommendation. Usually those types of marks go away after awhile because the skin flakes and is washed so much. Don't panic, just keep an eye on it for about a month.

attempt eucerine..its bomb i had like a very undesirable scratchy burn on my arm and that i used it alot! and it works...u can get it at purpose or cvs or ceremony help or any drug keep...its like a lotion...
