When I watch the film Requiem For A Dream, I'm left in a depressed daze. I usually have to go for a long walk so that I don't throw myself in front of a train.

Working really hard all week, long hours doing work that gives me a back ache, then getting one good night's sleep before a day off... The next morning, I am dazed and my body feels like it is made of lead. I have only enough energy to get up and walk to another chair.... Kind of like I feel today...

2 good blows on the head as a child. The first I hit the front of my face (mainly the left eye brow) on a patch of ice at the age of 6 while skating across ice with friends at the elementary school I went to. The second was to the back of my head at the age of 8 (slipped on a puddle of water and hit the back of my head on the corner end of bench). The second one sucked cause a week later my aunt was getting married and I had to wear a headcap in the pool and couldn't put my head underwater because of it

While helping carry a 'mates' bed upstairs via a very narrow staircase, I hit my head on a corner...actually more like rammed it with extreme force--three days later, it still hurts!
