hubby has one for an electic bill with a company he's never used, and its 10 years old and there's 3 negative reports on it. He always gets utilities included in the rent.
Mine has a credit app for a Kia dealership in tennessee. I live in michigan.
If you dispute it, you'll probably win. He did that with three other companies and won them.

charges for my mother's gas card and she was dead for 15 yrs. and I have never used her card.
