do people really undress to their underwear?

1. Ok I've heard that wearing a bra at night isn't good for your blood movement and stuff since the straps could be too tight. SO, my question to you GIRLS is, it it okay to wear a tank top (long, sleeveless shirts lol) at night then INSTEAD of a bra since tank tops arent tight or anything? :) lol just checking/wondering.

2. Okay if it's bad to wear a bra at night then is it also bad to wear a panty at night since you're not letting your body 'breathe'?

ok heres the thing. To let you know in ADVANCE, when a unwanted tohught enters my head and i try to NOT think of it, i keep hereing it or seeing it in my head right? Ok, well, im 100% christian, and i rly need help, cus see, ok Last night my friend (whos a dumb person aperently and im prob NEVER gona tlak to cus of this) metioned Lu....i dont wana fisnihs rest, but aka he the dark one, well, the thing is i forgot bout it right, but then i was playing CallOfDuty online and this guy called well u know, he killed me and i saw his name and i thought it soundede familiar, well i rememebred and then i tried to stop thinkin bout it and i hear it in my head once in a while. I HATE IT. How can i stop? Like just out of no were i hear it......>< HELP! Im praying to God for it to go away, plz help. I HATE that name...Will God send me to hell cus of this? I think that that thing is just trying to make me lose my way, but im holdin strong, just need help to sto pthinkin bout it. PLZ PLZ Advice! TY

and its NOT all in my head i want to bite someone in the face when people say that!, im serious here.

its like torture, i feal nauseus, "faint", and like someone beat me up, NOT to mention the cramps, id rather be stabbed all in one shot than have to go through that acheing for four days.

Okay, I really, REALLY, want a cat or a kitten (of course I would adopt it from an animal shelter). My mom says no because she says I dont help around and take care of the dog I already have, but I DO! She also said my dog would get upset, but I know it wouldn't, I loved my neighbors cat. And its not like this would be the first cat we had, our first cat my parents got before I was born it died when it was 12 like 4 or 5 years ago. How could I convince my mom to let me get a cat??
