Lol, can't any of you guys read? He said in an old fashioned fist fight. My answer would have to be Michael Knight for 2 major reasons.
1. Knight is over 6 ft tall and is heavier, McGyver is shorter and lighter.
2. Knight was an ex cop so he was sure to have had training whereas McGyver is a pacifist who doesn't like to use guns and in every episode where he had to sucker punch a bad guy, he always ended up hurting his hand and grimacing in pain because he wasn't used to hitting people.

That's a tough one.
Micheal Knight could call on KITT to run MacGyver down, or use some kind of terrible weapon like his singing.
But then MacGyver could turn anything into a weapon and might even be able to rewire KITT with just a flashlight and a paperclip.
So in the end I'd have to say Chuck Norris would win.

This requires thought... Michael could call Kit whereas Macgyver could invent an atomic bomb out of a Bong and two thimbles.. So I would have to concur Chuck Norris.

Michael Knight would take him easily. Hasselhoff is a big dude. Plus, KITT's molecular bonded shell could stand up to any improvised weapon Mac could come up with. Now if Mac joined forces with the A-Team, and they had access to junkyard and blowtorch for eight or so hours, then maybe they mount a worthy challenge to KITT.

in simple terms bear in mind there is not any such element as a sparkling or grimy combat. this is basically whether you provide or get carry of the beat-down. I rather doubt that it will honestly be an "previous formed fist combat". there will be kicking and punching and random elbows and headbutts. in simple terms don't get caught on the receiving end of a nut shot.

It would be a draw. and then they would unite forces and go for a drive along the beach in Mickeys car, and all the chics would go whoa! and then McGyver would rewire kits car so it becomes all "Gangsta" and he would reinvent the subs so you can feel the vibrations 3kms away.
