JulyBeetle,
You need to seek your Doctor's opinion.
While some cramping and pain is normal for some women, this sounds too severe.
There is no need to endure this every month, there are medications to help you through your menstrual period.

I used to have the same problem. It's your hormones going bonkers that causes all that. Birth control pills helped me, they made my cycles less severe. I still get a headache or some small cramping but nothing an Aleve can't fix.

Also if you're old enough drink, wine or beer is marvelous help.

If not... well, talk to your doctor and see if they have any suggestions, for the pill or maybe some prescription. Meanwhile take hot showers, get a hand massager, get enough of vitamin B and calcium and stay hydrated. Those things do help. Heating pad is a good idea too.

Ok.. here's whatever you'll be able to do to think the agony. How approximately doing a break up at the flooring and feature any one soar to your again. That might be kinda nearly the agony. It is sort of a watermelon being shoved through a gap the dimensions of a lemon. We are having alot occurring in our frame for nine months after which matters getting flipped round in someday on the finish of the nine months.

I'm not sure why this is in quotes but you might have dysmenorrhea. It's a minor condition and basically means painful period. The symptoms are anything like lower abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, and headache. Of course these are all sometimes part of mestruation but like you're describing, it's excess pain you're dealing with here. It is something yo can just get over after having your period for a while. I had it and I used to get so sick at school that I'd have to lay in the office in fetal position because the cramps hurt so bad and have my mom get me just about every month or few since it was irregular still. But I used to always throw up every period but what I did to overcome it (for the day_ was take two Tylenol Women's Menstrual Relief I think they're called (after I vomited..or sometimes before and then I'd throw them up, not pretty) and then I'd just have to lay down all crouched up in the bed with some sweatpants on to handle any leakage or problems because the period was heavy and I'd fall asleep after a while and I'd always sleep for 3 hours. I don't knowif tht's when the meds kicked in or if it was just done being so terrible but 3 hours cured it for that day. But believe me, I don't take what you're saying lightly, I know how it feels and it's not fair and 3 or more hours dealing with that is hel l so try talking to your mom or whoever takes care of you. My aunt suggested to my mom when this was going on that she should put me on birth control because it takes tose symptoms away and regulates my period so it wasn't like that but my mom felt I was too young which may happen to you so really, just talk to whoever you can and try getting medication for it and seeing a doctor to prescribe you some if you can because this all happened when I was the ages of 11-14 and I'm 17 now and I STILL have gotton so sick at school during sports that I'd have to lay on a dirty gym floor because I was in so much pain and have everyone freakin' out about what's wrong so it might take a wile to fully go away on it's own so just ask about medication and good luck with it, really. :/

Why did you post this in quotations? This is kind of like a health problem. Anyways, yes some girls do have painful cramps. Taking birth control can make the cramps less painful or eliminate them completely, and can make it more regular. If that's not an option, try using a heating pad.

Girl, acetominophen, my friend. Acetominophen! BEFORE the pad or tampon. It is so crucial.

And YES, it is supposed to hurt. But YOU are supposed to be thine own best friend and ALWAYS stand ready to TAME that pain.

I get the biting in the head thing. LOL. Ha! For a speedy recovery, avoid sugar and stay reaally warm & snuggly, almost hot. Peace. Feel better, K? K.

Yes, it does hurt for many people, but if you are that miserable then you need to go see a doctor since it should not be THAT painful.
