ok i understand your questions...here are the answers
1. yes, it is true not to wear a bra during the night. as well as not being good for your blood flow, it also squeezes your ribs which makes then smaller which makes your breathing shollower (complicated) and yes it is ok to wear a tank top, i do! however, if you dont have to wear a bra, then dont! just wear a tshirt or a dress or something! good luck!
2. well, some people say that you should let your body "breathe" by not wearing underwear. however, i dont think that it is bad to wear underwear during the night. i wear them! just be sure not to wear thongs during the night (if you wear them all the time) good luck!
i hope that helps...

I heard that too about wearing a bra to bed but my Dr said it wasn't so.
It's just tight. In the summer time, when it is hot, I don't like wearing bras at all. They are just too binding.
But wearing a tank top is fine. It is no different than wearing a pajama top.
Wearing underwear (panites) to bed at night is fine. I used to. Now, I like being the naked feeling, but there is no problem with the panties.

I think panties are fine to wear, a bra is bad to wear but tank tops or any tops really would be fine.
Bra's are bad to wear because of the under wire so as long as your tanks tops don't have under wire then it should be fine.

I don't wear a bra at night because it's uncomfortable. However, I have fallen asleep wearing one during the day for several hours without a problem. As long as your clothing fits loosely enough for you to breathe and allows blood flow, i.e., your appendages aren't turning white or blue and stay warm, and keeps you at an appropriate temperature, it doesn't matter what you wear.

It is true regarding the wear of a bra at night, but normaly panties are not that tight. It depends on the lady to sleep in what ever makes her feel comfotable.

I wear my bra every night. I haven't had any circulation problems, and I am more comfortable that way. I can't sleep with those things in the way! I don't think it is a fact that it is bad, and I think it is better to do so because it keeps 'em from sagging:-)

Wearing a tank-top is fine. ^^
Also, I'm not sure about panties, I mean, you wear them during the day and don't 'breath', if you have cotton based ones then it wouldn't matter, air can go through cotton...

I think you should sleep nude. Our bodies are confined throughout the day, and we need to let them rest at night.
Of course if you're on your period, you'll probably want to make adjustments to that rule.
Also, if you live with a bunch of people, you might want pj's for when you get out of bed.

I usually wear a tank top and undies. But that's just me. Some people sleep naked so it's all your choice.
