Hey ppl, im a new user to paypal. And im from Malaysia(like that matters).. Anyway, i am in need of help. I just funded my paypal to purchase items on ebay. I havents done any activation or anything, all i did was put in my credit card particulars.
So, now that i want to pay.. what do i do .. i mean, do i need to activate my account and what are the charges.
Im familiar with the "Send Money" tab on paypal page, however i was told that i need to activate my account with a small sum deducted from my credit card..

Please let me know on all this yeah, if possible gimme links supporting..

ive been w/ my bf for 4 1/2 mths. and its mostly long distance right now...hes in the army. I do like him and all..but I just dont know if i wanna be with him any more...we've been having a lot of issues and i cant take it ....i just want to be happy and im not ya know. We've been having problems about sex mostly...he wants me to try something i dont and i want him to try something that he doesnt want to try and it feels like its becoming a bigger issue as dumb as that sounds i know....i just feel like he just cares about only himself and not me (yes im talking about sex but everything elses also) and i feel that he doesnt care if he satisfies me or not....all that matters if is hes satisfied. what should i do? talking to him about it seems to get no where...im so lost right now...plz help :(

I don't get it, ok i understand steriotypes and that they are sometimes right, well i don't think there right but people exadurate it too much so it seems very insulting to a group of people. ok black people are drug dealers, they know how to dance, there women have shapely bodies etc. Ok drug dealing, im not going to lie, black people in the US have more gangs and stuff, but its not because there black, people. its because of where they grew up. If you had to grow up in a place really poor becuase you didn't have anywhere to go,because people judged u by your skin, also the slang, lets see... they were shipped from africa people, they had to learn the english language and if they didn't the were punished, and having an african accent and learning engish is gonna come out different, so they mis pronounced words, and basically it stuck over the ages and became habit and apart of their culture. So please people before you judge people with certain steriotypes, know there past please.

My friend came to pick up her kitty I cat sat for and my new "gentleman caller" was here (if you get my adult drift) and now, she has not returned my calls. Her phone doesn't have voicemail so she always calls me back within a day when she sees my ID on it. I have called her twice now so far and no callback. It is now two days later. (one call per day)
My caller is black and I am white and she is white. My thinking on this is to give her three strikes and then she's out.
Before you ask, she was in and out of the house but she had her daughter and granddaughter outside waiting at the curb.
I'm a bit bummed about it largely because I never thought she had it in her. Problem arising soon: I'm going to be starting an art class that she has been attending. I DO NOT want to quit the class as I want to learn sketching, pastels, etc and its free. Nor do I see where I should change my life to please her.
How should I handle this whole situ??

I was recently w/a group of women--all are 30 somethings (I'm nearly 40) and they all speak w/their mom daily or every other day. I only speak w/my mother every two weeks or so. (We live 1000 miles apart and have for 20 years). They all describe their relationship as "close"--mine: not particularly close, but NOT estranged.

I love my mother dearly (and I know she loves me) BUT we are NOT close and have never really been. We view the world and almost everything in it, differently.

Are YOU close to your mother? (I guess I pray my daughter and I fare better. :)

When ESPN shows footage from a game broadcast on Fox Sports Network, or Good Morning America shows a clip from the previous night's episode of Letterman, how do they do it without violating copyright laws? Do all the networks have an agreement to use each other's footage?

I've never been pregnant. I just want to point that out to begin with.

When I think or read about what it must be like for a pregnant woman, having something growing and moving around inside your stomach like that, I feel sick. I guess you could say it gives me "the willies." I just wonder if it's normal for a young adult woman to feel this way?

OK, this isn't a put-on or a joke, but a serious inquiry. My g/f agreed to model nude with another female. No sex will be involved. I just ran some creative ideas by both of them and they both agreed to it. The theme is sort a sensual uninhibited look at being languid and relaxed on a warm sunny day in a 'boudoir.' Another scandal of the U.S. Govt. is the fact that taxes on gasoline (and tobacco, but I don' t smoke so I don't care) are imbedded in the price, so the consumer has no clue what they're paying the govt. when they purchase those goods. If the average citizen knew how much money the govt. was making on a tank of gas, there would be riots in the streets.

That being said, those are still taxes and should be able to be deducted on a return right? If not, then that money is being taxed twice (income and gas tax). If I can deduct the gas tax from my taxable income, where can I find the amount of tax per gallon I purchased? I have all my receipts, but there's no "tax" printed on the slip. Thanks.

am turning 20 and suddenly it hit me all of my friends are changing, maturing, having boyfriends, some even have kids, well i know its way too young right, then most of them are graduating and i still have to stay atleast 4 years in college because i need to take up law,
at this point have you felt that you are loosing your friends, like most of them are taking life seriously and you are still stuck with having fun and playing games with life, like you dont want a boyfriend you want to still have fun and all of them are insisting that you should have one, i dont know i got lost, perhaps i have been reading too much to observe that all of them grew up and i still think like peter pan
i dont know if at some point they want to be like me unattached, without major responsibilities except my responsibility with learning, i dont know if having a boyfriend would make me feel matured.

latly every time im in the mood my girl frind says she has a head ache .
yesterday i got home from work erly so i went to the bathroom and got two tylenol ,then to the kitchen and grabed a bottle of spring watter .
my grilfrind got home a few minets latter ,as she walked in i stand up and offer her the tylenol
"whats that for" she asked
"for your head ache " i cheerfuly replied
"but I don't have a head ache" she said

I didn't realize, until today, that I am not as humble as I thought I was. I have a job I absolutely hate, but need for now. I have been slacking my butt off and I know dang well I have. Well, today it caught up with me and one of my contractors got upset (rightfully so). I was always taught to take responsibility for my actions, and while I was on the phone with her I did. I was very professional about it. After she got off the phone, however, I was so incredibly pissed at her for being pissed at me! I was so mad I left work, went home and drank a shot of Jack! What the heck is that about! Have you ever felt this way?

For the first time last night our dog was allowed to sleep where he chose. He chose to ignore his bedding and slept laid out on the front door mat right across the door way. My immediate thought was that this was very 'pack leader'- protecting the opening to the den for the rest of the pack- does this mean it is something we should not allow to happen again?

if you had chance to work's for the white Canadian, you should know better most of them are not normals, like if they ask you do job for them and after you did the right job they never tell you thank you ....but they are complain , and complaining, why.
